WHO WE ARE
We are Shane and Kim Storkey, the co-owners of Storkey Property Development Ltd. A company which prides itself on integrity, commitment, reliability and stability.
We have a proven track record of delivering high quality property improvements and developments though our sister company SSBC (www.ss-bc.co.uk).
Working with some of Devon’s best tradesmen and companies Shane had a clear vision to set up his own company to deliver the highest possible quality for domestic and commercial customers.
Using his vast experience and seeing how the work of SSBC added clear value to properties Shane and Kim made the decision to establish a property development company to focus on bigger investments.
Shane has continued his own professional development and has gained numerous qualifications that include NEBOSH, Site Manager and various machinery course. He is also working towards chartered status.
So that we are able to offer the best advice and service we teamed up with Steven Green Property Investment Academy. We are now able to offer a wide range of property investment advice including creative property ideas, investment strategies and property purchasing advice.

Having been in the construction trade for 20 years Shane has the privilege of developing a wide range of domestic and
commercial properties. These projects range from new kitchens and bathrooms to full refurbishments and new build
extensions. A significant amount of developments have vastly increased the value of the existing property giving clients a great
yield through rental income or services accommodation (i.e., Air B&B). It has also increased the equity in their property over and
above the initial investment
