The project was completed through our construction company SSBC.

SSBC Building and Carpentry Contractors was contracted to design and build a multi purpose work hub in a disused basement. Working for Ilfracombe Town Council, in conjunction with Devon County Council we built 4 small offices, a communal area with full kitchen refit and decoration throughout. All services were provided in-house which included project management, carpentry, building, plumbing and electrics.

All work was completed within budget and on time.

An Ilfracombe Town Council spokesman said “We needed a local company who could provide all services in house and manage the project from start to finish. The funding we had was time limited and we had to stick to a budget. SSBC provided everything we needed and delivered exactly what we asked, all to an extremely high level.”
